Bangladesh experiences many challenges as a result of flooding, cyclones, and the impact of climate change. On a regular basis, BBCS needs to respond to the disasters that families are facing to survive and then recover. Generous support from BMS, APBaid, Light Foundation, and others has enabled us to provide livelihood recovery programmes, small business start-up funds, simple livestock projects, winter blankets, as well as the emergency repair of housing and the provision of basic food.
